摘要
对齿轮齿面损坏造成的齿轮失效进行了分析,并提出了一些提高齿轮接触强度的方法。强调了齿面硬度、齿面粗糙度、润滑情况、使用前磨合情况等对齿轮接触强度的影响。
This paper analyzes gear failure resulted by damage of teeth surface and puts forward some methods improving touch strength of gear.It also expounds influences of hardness and roughness of teeth surface,lubrication,running-in before use on touch strength of gear.
