摘要
采用斜齿轮润滑泵是解决12VE230ZC柴油机直齿泵容积效率较低的积极措施之一。只有斜齿接触线特征能做到让全齿宽啮合重合度εb=1,才会实现滑油泵不串油又不困油,使滑油泵容积效率达到80%以上,滑油泵体积缩小,质量减轻,综合性能提高,使用寿命延长,成本费用降低等。
To adopt helical gear lubricating pump is one of active measures for solving lower volume efficiency of straight gear pump in 12VE230ZC diesel engine.Only when helical gear contact line makes engagement coincidence of tooth width εb=1,oily smoke and fuel choke in lubricating pump will not happen.And volume efficiency of lubricating pump will be more than 80%,volume and weight of performance will be improved ,service life will be prolonged and cost will be reduced.
