燃油锅炉除垢剂的试验研究

Experimental research of fouling cleaning agent in oil boilers

针对炼油企业燃油锅炉结垢严重的问题 ,在燃油锅炉上进行了除垢剂工业试验 ,并对试验结果进行了分析。试验结果表明 ,采用向锅炉内部喷射除垢剂的方法是可行的 ,能达到除垢的目的 ,而且在其他条件不变的情况下可以提高锅炉处理量 ,降低炉膛及排烟温度 。

Aiming at the technical problem of fouling cleaning in oil boilers of oil refining enterprises, industry experiment of fouling cleaning agent was carried out and the results were analysed. With the other conditions unchanged, the handling capacities of oil boilers ware increased and the temperatures of furnace inside and exhausted smoke were decreased. It proves that jetting fouling cleaning agent into oil boilers is feasible for the fouling to be cleaned up, furthermore considerable economic benefits can be obtained.
