超声波在汽轮机油净化器中的应用

针对发电厂汽轮机在线油净化器的粗滤网经常堵塞而产生故障 ,且发电期间又不允许停机检修的问题 ,提出了用超声波实时在线清洗滤网 ,自动或定时排出滤渣的方法 。

Because the sparse filter net of on line oil purifier of steam turbine in power station is frequently jam and happen to malfunction. In period of generate electricity steam turbine can't stop to repair. The writer uses ultrasonic cleaning filter net in real time and on line. It solved problem by means of auto or timing pushing out filter residue.
