试验研究了一种在感应加热情况下 ,煤粉气流着火的行为特征。研究表明 :在强交变磁场的作用下 ,煤粉气流着火过程呈现出特殊的表现 :一方面 ,整个点火室的大部分区域处于较低的温度场 ;另一方面 ,煤粉气流在点火室出口附近骤然燃烧 ,并形成稳定的燃烧火炬。很低的激发热源输入功率可以将煤粉气流着火。探讨了导致这个特殊行为特征的机理。图 5参
An experimental study on the ignition behavior of pulverized coal stream heated by the electromagnetic induction was presented. Results show that under the alternate magnetic field, the ignition behavior of pulverized coal stream shows some different characters from the normal way. In one hand, in the main region of the ignition chamber, the stream keeps a low temperature filed; but in other hand, the ignition process occurred very quickly, and a strong flame torch is ejected from the ignition chamber. Few input power can ignite the pulverized coal stream. The mechanism was discussed. Figs 5 and refs 5.
