摘要 利用微粒污垢的一个预测模型 ,结合实验结果 ,研究了管壳式换热器管内微粒污垢的积聚特性。考察了颗粒质量分数、颗粒直径和流体速度对渐近污垢热阻的影响。提出了大、中。 By using a predictive model for particulate fouling, and combining with experimental results, the accumulation characteristic of particulate fouling in a tube and shell heat exchanger was investigated. The effects of fluid velocity, particle diameter, and bulk particle concentration on the asymptotic fouling resistance were also studied. At the same time, the reference values of the dimension limits of big, middle, small and unknown particle were suggested in this paper.
