应用GIS技术建立城市防震减灾信息系统是提高城市综合防灾能力的一条有效途径。本文阐述了城市 防震减灾信息系统的组成部分及其功能,详细介绍了系统地理数据库的建立,分析了地震危险性分析、建筑物震害 预测和经济损失与人员伤亡预测等系统专业模型。

Applying GIS to establish urban seismic prevention and disaster mitigation information system is an effective way to mitigation urban earthquake disaster. In this paper, the main components and its function of this information system have been expounded,and the construction of geodatabase has also been introduced in detail. Finally,models for the analysis of seismic risk,earthquake damage prediction of buildings,economy loss and the death of people have been analyzed.
