Comparison between the Models of Establishing Social Credit System Inspection Delegation for American Credit Management System and Operating Model

结合我国国情和信用体系发育的现状,选择什么样的信用体系模式是一个重要课题。根据对美国的实地考察,并通过对世界银行有关机构的访问和获得的相关资料,对不同国家实行的公共信用调查征信体系和民营征信体系的两种不同模式进行了多方面的比较,得出5点重要启示,并提出了相关政策建议。

On the basis of the status quo of the development of the credit system in China, it is an important subject what kind of credit system model to choose. According to the information obtained from the onthespot investigation in the USA and the visit to the affiliated units of the World Bank, this paper compares the models for the public and nongovernmental credit investigating system in many respects and comes to important revelation, and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions.
