Analysis on the Status Quo of Educational Quality of Young Teachers in Colleges of Engineering and Discussion on Its Countermeasure

针对当前我国工科院校青年教师教育素质的现状,提出了继续教育是培养和提高高校青年教师教育素质的有效手段。

In view of the status quo of the educational quality of the young teachers in colleges of engineering in China, this paper holds that continuing education is the effective means to train and improve the quality of the young teachers.
