To do better in managing the academic journals of institutions of higher education in socialist market economy, efforts should be made to improve their quality and demonstrate their characteristics. For this purpose, attention should be paid to carrying out standardization and normalization strictly, bringing into full play the advantages of both courses and territory and opening up columns with distinctive features.
