摘要
探讨了一种应用高效免喷涂材料的感应重熔工艺.采用金相分析和XRD等方法,对免喷涂材料中添加的活性剂做了定性和定量的试验研究,获得了过渡层和重熔层的组织形貌及X射线图谱.研究结果表明,活性剂(Hxl)对涂层组织无任何影响,但加入活性剂的质量分数会影响涂层材料开始熔化时间.活性剂的质量分数的理想值为3%.
An induction remelting technique is introduced in this paper. The effects of the addition quantity of active material on the coating microstructure and the melting beginning time were investigated qualitatively and quantitatively by using metallurgraphy and XRD method. The microstructure and X-ray spectrum of transition plate and remelting plate are obtained. The results indicat that active material does not influence the coat microstructure, but the added mass rate of the active material influences the beginning time of melting of the coat material. The ideal value of mass percentage is 3%.
