摘要 综述了辐射诱导基因表达的复杂性,以及近年来DNA微阵列技术在辐射诱导基因表达研究中的运用,并就辐射诱导基因可能为放射病诊断治疗研究提供新思路进行探讨。 The paper summarizes the complexity of gene expression induced by radiation, and describes applications of DNA microarray in research of radiation-induced genes in recent years. Progresses in studies on radiation-induced genes may provide a new direction for basic research of diagnosis and therapy of radiation injure.
