全球电信业复苏之四大关口

摘要 新经营理念取代旧经营理念、新应用丰富旧应用、新业务拓宽旧业务、新的政府监管定位重新诠释竞争和管制,所有这一切都预示着2003年对于电信业发展而言将是极为不平凡的一年.或许是因为在经历过电信业发展中最为低迷时期后的余悸和冷静思考,众人对2003年都寄予厚望,视之为电信业复苏年,而且目前在全球范围内,电信业已逐渐呈现出上升的发展态势,电信股也开始出现转机. The replacement of the old business philosophy with new ones, addition of new applications to the existing ones, expansion of new services based on the legacy services, repositioning of the governmental regulation in trealing competition and regulation, all indicates that the year 2003 will be quite an eventful year for the telecom industry. Maybe due to the aftermath and reflection after the most sluggish stage of the telecom industry, the people all invest great hope in the year 2003, taking the year as a year of recovery. At present, the global telecom industry is on an upward curve and the telecom stock market is picking up. While we are happy to see very exciting trends of the telecom industry in 2003, some external and internal challenges are coming to the front stage: stabilizing the customer resources and rebuilding investor confidence, turning the declining revenue and upgrading the comprehensive competitiveness, reducing huge debts and reshaping credibility, achieving dual recovery of the macro telecom industry. Whether the telecom industry can recover from the sluggishness in a practical sense is largely decided by how to address these challenges.
