一家电信公司的财报能够反映出整个公司内部的运营状况和发展情况,对比几家电信公司的财报就可以清楚各自的综合竞争力以及市场地位,而如果综合众多电信公司尤其是电信运营公司的财报,我们就可以分析出整个电信业当前以及今后的发展态势是怎样的。在度过了全球电信业最为艰难的一年之后,反过来解读各家电信运营商发布的2002年财报的时候,我们就会发现在整个“思变”的一年中,大多数电信运营商的运菅状况已经逐步好转起来,通过积极有效的“廋身”、“增肥”手段,许多电信运营商已开始获得比较可观的利润,另外各种新业务和新应用的不断拓展也使运菅商们一直头疼的ARPU值下跌问题得到了改善,全球电信业正逐渐迎来它的转机。
The financial report of a telco exposes the internal operating status and development situation of that company. The current situation and future development of the entire telecom industry can be understood by reading the financial reports of telecom companies especially operators. The financial reports of many operators will explain clearly the current development situation of the global telecom industry. After the most difficult year of the global telecom industry, we find out from the 2002 financial reports released by many operators the fact that the majority of operators are on an upward curve gradually. Many operators have reaped remarkable profits by effective approaches of 'losing or adding weight'. The successive appearance of various new services and applications help the operators improve their long-standing headache - ARPU. The global telecom industry is witnessing a favorable turn.
