摘要
DMC具有含氧量高、沸点高、与柴油互溶性好等特点,特别适合作为柴油机的燃料添加剂。系统论述和研究了有关柴油机燃用含氧燃料的一些关键技术问题,并进行了含氧燃料柴油发动机的台架性能试验和实车动力性测试试验。13工况表明,含氧燃料添加剂可大幅降低PM排放量,且不会导致CO、HC和NOx排放浓度的增加,在某些工况下,甚至还有所下降。
DMC, wh ich has advantages of high oxygen contents,high boiling point and good mutual solubility with diesel fuel,is very suitable to be used as fuel additive.The k ey technology of application of oxygenic fuel on diesel engines is described sys tematically and studied.Performance tests on engine test-rig and vehicle power performance tests are car-ried out.It is shown by tests under the13-mode t hat the oxygenic fuel additive can reduce PM emission largely and will not resul t in increasing of CO,HC and NO x emissions,and even reduce them under some conditions.
