摘要
铜硬钎焊散热器制造工艺技术的核心是无焊剂、无铅钎焊合金以及抗退火材料。介绍了铜硬纤焊散热器的工艺技术原理及主要材料的性能。指出了铜硬纤焊散热器在制带、制管、主片及纤焊炉选型等方面的工艺要点。铜硬纤焊散热器具有成本低、小型化、无污染及材料的回收和再生产利用率高等优点。铜硬纤焊散热器系统已经在公共汽车、货车和其它工程设备中得到应用。
The key technology of radiator manufacture by Cup ro Braze is not necessary to use flux,kupper solder and annealing resistance mate rial.The process and technology principle and main material performances for Cu pro Braze radia-tor are introduced,the critical technology points of fin and t ube manufacture,header and soldering furnace selection,etc.are presented.The Cupro Braze radiator has its advantages of lower cost,small size,no contamina tion,higher material re covery and reproduction usage rate.The Cupro Braze rad iator system has been already applied to bus,truck and other engineering equipm ent.
