介绍了一种通用新闻信息处理系统。该系统以电台业务模式为设计蓝本,完全模拟了电台节目的全部流程,集采集（包括声音、文字）,编辑,审稿和播出稿件,整理与打印于一体,为电台内部各板块节目制作提供了一个集成化的写作环境。同时,还可以对各类板块节目的稿件进行自动分类,存储,传输,查询,统计和打印,既实现了电台节目制作过程的无纸采、编、审,又可以作为电台管理系统中的一个子系统,为电台业务的管理提供了方便。

It was introduced a general information system, which was based on the service of broadcasting station, simulated all the processes of radio programming, integrated with collecting, editing, examining and broadcasting, reorganizing and printing. The system could provide an integrated writing environment, meanwhile , it might classify, memorize, transmit,Inquiry, count and print automatically for manuscripts of all kinds of programs .It could also be a subsystem in the management system of broadcasting station to ease the management of the service.
