摘要
综述了锌铁合金镀层的作用、发展现状,并介绍了德国科兹公司碱性490锌铁合金的工艺特点、镀槽设计、镀液配制、镀液维护和镀后处理。应用表明,该工艺深镀能力和均镀能力较好。德国科兹公司提出镀液中锌、铁离子控制的新型模式。碱性490锌铁电镀工艺与其钝化工艺相配合,镀层的耐蚀性完全满足汽车行业的要求。
The function and development status of ferro-zinc alloy plating coat are summ arized.The technology characteristics,plating bath design,plating fluid formu la,plating fluid maintenance and afterplating treatment of490alkalescent f erro-zinc alloy plating technology in Germany KUNZ Company are introduced.It is shown that,the technology has good deep plating ability and homogeneous plat ing ability,a new mode of controlling Zn and Fe ion in plating solution put ou t by Germany KUNZ Company.The coating corrosion resistance by the way of combi ning490alkalescent ferro-zinc plating technology with its passivation proce ss satisfies the need of automotive industry.
