摘要
从山东海洋产业发展现状出发 ,通过对资源与产业及科技等问题的具体分析 ,用辩证的观点 ,阐述了影响山东海洋经济发展的深层矛盾和制约因素 ,指出了以往认识中的盲区 ,同时提出了改善与修补的基本思路。
Starting from the marine industry development situation in Shandong, the constraints affecting the development of Shandong marine economy are expounded based on the analysis of marine resources, industry and technology, some understanding shadow zones in this aspect are pointed out, and the basic strategy for improving the understanding is given in this paper.
