A Strategic Consideration on Chinese ITS Development

从我国交通运输现状出发 ,系统分析了信息化发展给我国闪通运输业可能带来的变革 .结合当前国际 ITS发展的状况 ,论文介绍了我国政府在利用 ITS解决交通运输问题的主要成就 ,包括机构、投资、标准化研究、示范工程等方面 .在分析我国国情的基础上 ,论文就我国智能交通系统的发展战略提出了一些具体的目标和措施 ,对未来五年我国 ITS的发展进行了展望 .

Based on the situationof Chinese Traffic and Transportation, the paper systematically anayzes the possible changes on transportation from the development of information technology. From the ITS development of the world and China, it introduces the achievements in transportation by Chinese government in the ITS construction, such as institutes, investments, standard studies and the demonstrating engineering projects. The paper finally advances some concrete targets and strategic measures on promoting the development of ITS and also the prospects in the coming five years.
