摘要
LD-60冷轧管机的芯杆卡紧机构因个别部件结构不合理而易发生故障,增加了设备停机时间,本文介绍了一种由结构简单的卡盘装置构成的卡紧机构和用于LD-80冷轧管机的使用效果。
The mandrel clamping structure in LD-60 cold-rolling mill often failed when operating because of some unreasonable components, resulting in more equipment downtime. A new clamping structure comprising a chuck with simple components and its application result to LD-60 cold-rolling mill are introduced.
