φ216mm周期轧管机组生产φ108~152mm无缝钢管成材率较低。该课题攻关组分析出了其主要原因和主导性因素,经采取对策,建立工序控制点,使钢锭质量、加热制度、延伸机孔型调整和冲头表面处于良好的控制状态,质量攻关取得明显效果。
The yield was always low with φ108~152mm seamless pipe on 216mm pilger mill. The subject group analysed and found out the key causes. The quality are evidently improved after taking countermeasures and establishing procedure controls to put material quality, heating system, elongator groove adjustment and punch pin surface condition in good control.
