摘要
本文报道了新型杀螨剂F1050在柑桔中的残留分析方法。分析采用毛细管气相色谱法,电子捕获检测器(ECD)检测,分离效果良好,灵敏度高,最小检知量可达5.26?0-14 g。当柑桔样品中F1050添加浓度为0.005～5.0 mg/kg时,方法回收率在71.30%～95.95%之间。
A method was developed to determine residue of F1050, a new type of acaricide, in orange by capillary gas chromatography with a electron-capture detector (ECD). F1050 was separated efficiently from impurity responded and in very high sensitivity by ECD. Limit of detection for F1050 was 0.052 6 pg. Recoveries of the fortified samples at different concentration levels (0.005～5.0 mg/kg) were ranged at 71.30%～95.95%.
