摘要 针对细小岩屑对岩屑录井造成的不利影响,文章分析了细小岩屑的成因,并以探井Ch7井、Y8井为例,介绍了在三牙轮钻头钻进时出现细小岩屑的情况,认为Ch7井使用三牙轮钻头钻进时出现细小岩屑的原因是地层因素和钻井工程因素综合影响的结果,而Y8井是由转盘转速过高造成的。在地层因素相对不变的前提下,采取改变钻井参数降低转盘转速的对策,可以使岩屑颗粒直径明显变大,从而减小对地质录井的影响。 In accordance with unfavourable effect of fine cuttings on cutting mud logging,the paper cites exploration wells Ch 7 and Y 8 to analyse the genesis of fine cuttings and introduces the cuttings situation arising from drilling with three-cone bit,thinking the reason for fine cuttings emerging from drilling Ch 7 with three-cone bit is the result of combination effect between stratigraphic factors and drilling engineering factors,and well Y 8 is resulted from overhigh rotary speed.Under stratigraphic factors′ relative constant,taking the countermeasures of changing drilling parameter of low rotary speed,can make cuttings diameter become bigger obviously,thus reducing the effect on geo-logging.
