Oxygen-Free Synthesis of Inorganic Solid Fluoride Nanocrystals and Its Preparation

摘要 采用溶剂热法于180℃合成出立方钙钛矿型复合氟化物BaLiF3,XRD表明产物为单相,XPS分析表明产物的含氧量低。在水/十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTAB)/仲辛醇微乳体系中制备出了粒径小于100nm的BaLiF3纳米晶,用XRD、SEM、IR等手段对产物进行了表征。采用不同微乳体系还制备出MF2(M=Ca,Sr,Ba)纳米颗粒。 The complex fluorides of BaLiF3 with perovskite structure was solvolytically thermally synthesized at 180℃.XRD showed that the product was a single phase and XPS analysis showed the oxygen content was low. Barium lithium fluoride nanocrystals less than 100 nm were synthesized in water /cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB)/ 2 octanol microemulsion system and characterized by means of x ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. MF2(M=Ca, Sr,Ba)nanoparticles were also synthesized in other microemulsion systems.
