摘要
在1-丁基吡啶/AlCl-4离子液体催化体系中,顺丁烯二酸酐与甲醇反应,生成反丁烯二酸二甲酯。采用单体型优化方法对催化剂用量、反应时间、反应原料摩尔比进行了优化。实验结果表明1-丁基吡啶/AlCl-4离子液体具有异构化和酯化2种催化作用。在优化条件下,催化剂∶顺丁烯二酸酐=0.076∶1(质量比),甲醇∶顺丁烯二酸酐=1.1∶1(摩尔比),反应时间3h,温度35℃,反丁烯二酸二甲酯的收率达到92%。
Dimethyl fumarate was synthesized from maleic anhydride and methanol with butylpyridine/ ionic liquid asenvironmentally friendly catalysts, amount of catalyst, the reaction time reaction and molar ratio of materials were optimized by simpleoptimization. The experiments results indicated that butylpyridine/ ionic liquid catalysts had two kinds of catalysis functions of isomerization and esterification.At methanol:maleic anhydride=1.1:1(mol ratio), catalyst: maleic anhydride=0.076 (mass ratio), temperature 35℃ and reaction time 3h, the yield of dimethyl fumarate could reach 92%, purity of the product was over 99.4%.
