摘要
研究了连铸坯微裂纹在二辊斜轧穿孔和二辊冷轧过程中的变化。实验表明,微裂纹不能焊合,只能扩大;连铸坯的纵裂和中心裂纹导致钢管内折和外折缺陷;连铸坯横裂冷变形后衍变成人字形裂纹。
The developing of slight CC billet cracks during two-roll cross piercing and two-roll cold-rolling are investigated. Experiments shows that the slight cracks can not be welded but enlarges, that the longitudinal and central cracks of a CC billet lead to internal and external steel pipe wreckages, and that the transverse cracks during cold-forming develop into 'herringbone' cracks.
