Author has analyzed the present status and disparity of the air separation technique inland and outland, made the discussion on the process organization and design of air separation unit with a capacity of 40 000 m 3/h, it is indicated that the manufacture of air separation unit inland is possible. Moreover the configuration of unit machine as well as process organization and the difficult point of machine completeness have been also explained.
