The current situation of petroleum and petrochemical industry in China is analyzed.The organization modes of foreign petroleum and petrochemical industry,and the competition situation of petroleum and petrochemical market in China after China's entry to the WTO are introduced.Some problems which need to be resolved urgently in China's petroleum and petrochemical industry are figured out.It's also pointed out that the petroleum and petrochemical industry in China must be continually reformed.
