摘要
在原有二元SMA中试装置上进行了抗冲级SMA的本体半连续中试研究 ,考察了补加速率、搅拌转速、添加少量溶剂等因素对中试反应及产品性能的影响 ,试验结果表明现有设备虽然在传热能力上尚欠不足 ,但通过调整聚合工艺 。
The effects of reaction time, heat transfer, mixing effects and solvents on a pilot plant and properties of product were studied during scaling up the process of the semi-continuous bulk polymerization of impact-resistant SMA in the pilot plant. Under the current conditions, slowing the reaction rate is one of the methods to ensure the heat transfer and the quality of product. A little solvent can reduce viscosity of the system while the heat transfer is improved a lot. Impact-resistant SMA prepared has the equivalent properties similar to the overseas products.
