摘要
采用极性分散剂和超声分散技术 ,在氮化硅微米粉中加入碳化硅纳米粉真空热压制备出氮化硅 /碳化硅(n)纳米复合陶瓷 ,研究了纳米增强相对纳米复合陶瓷抗氧化性与耐蚀性的影响。结果表明 :随着SiC纳米粉的含量的增加 ,纳米复合陶瓷在空气中加热时抗氧化性增强 ,其中含 15 %SiC纳米粉的纳米复合陶瓷抗氧化性最好 ;纳米复合陶瓷的耐碱性也非常好 ,适于在酸。
Si-3N-4/SiC (n) nanoceramic composite materials were prepared through reinforce Si-3N-4 micron particle with nano-sized SiC particle by using polar dispersant and ultrasound disperse and vacuum-sinter-pressing technology. The effect of nano-sized SiC particle on the oxidation resistance and anti-corrosion of composite materials was studied. Results showed that the resistance to oxidation of SiC/Si-3N-4 nanoceramic composite material in air was increased with adding of nano-sized SiC particles. The oxidation resistance of SiC/Si-3N-4 nanoceramic composite material was the best with 15wt% nano-sized SiC. SiC/Si-3N-4 nanoceramic composite material was also suitable for alkaline and could be used in acid or alkali.
