在总图布置相当紧张的情况下，设计者将旋流板除尘和水膜除尘的优点结合起来，设计出带旋流板的水膜麻石除尘器，使除尘效果从单一的水膜除尘器的９０％提高到９７．７％，使烟囱出口含尘量达到１０７ｍｇ／ｍ３，在取得良好环境效益的同时，取得了一定的经济效益。
A water film dust collector with cyclone board has been designed.There was a 7.7% increase of the de dusting ratio as compared with the single water film one.The emission dust contents were 107 mg/m 3,achieving a good environmental and economic benefits.
