摘要
在大量焦性没食子酸(99%)存在下,采用甲醇-二甲基甲酰胺-磷酸-水为流动相和Microsorb—MVTMC18色谱柱,能很好地将没食子酸以及其它酚类杂质与其分离。该方法测定焦性没食子酸简便、准确,已应用于工业生产。
The gallic acid and other phenol impurities were well separatecl from the main pyrogallol(99%)by high pressure liuqid chromatography on a Micro sorb-MV TM C 18 column with dimethylformarmde-methanol-phosphoric acid-water as mobile phase.The contents of pyrogallol was cowiently and successfully determined,and this method has been applied in the snduitry analysis.
