目的 研究巢蛋白免疫阳性细胞在正常成人胰腺组织中的分布。方法 应用巢蛋白抗体免疫组织化学ABC法。结果 在胰腺组织中 ,最强的染色见于胰岛 ,巢蛋白阳性细胞散在分布于胰岛内 ,细胞呈立方形 ,细胞核为圆形或卵圆形 ,棕黄色主要位于靠近细胞核的胞浆内。胰腺外分泌部未见明确的巢蛋白阳性细胞。结论 正常成人胰腺组织中存在着巢蛋白阳性细胞 。
