中西医结合治疗颅脑术后急性肾功能衰竭

The tratment of acute renal failure after cranial operation

目的 探讨颅脑术后并发急性肾功能衰竭 (ARF)的中西医结合治疗方法。方法 将 5 0例ARF患者分为两组 ,其中治疗组 2 5例采用西医综合治疗加用大黄、益母草、煅龙牡、蒲公英等中药全消化道透析 (鼻饲及保留灌肠 ) ;对照组 2 5例只采用西医综合治疗。 4d后观察两组患者血肌酐 (Cr)值、体温、颅内压、尿量的改变。结果 治疗组较对照组预后改善显著 (P <0 0 1) ,Cr下降 35 μmol/L ,病死率下降 30 %。 结论 大黄等药物全消化道透析加用西医综合治疗方法对术后ARF有效。

Objective To study the compound method of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for the treatment of acute renal failure (ARF)after cranial operation Methods Fifty ARF patients were divided into two groups The experimental group of 25 patients were treated with the combination of Western Medicine and radix et rhizoma rhei,herba leonuri prepared as ceraconis ostreae and herb taraxaci by way of retention enema and nasogastric tube feeding The control group of 25 patients were treated with Western Medicine only Four days post-administration,changes of Cr,temperature,cranial pressure and urine in the two groups were examined respectively Results The prognosis of experimental group was improved considerably compared to the control group( P <0 01) And Cr and mortality has fallen to 35 μmol/L and 30% respectively Conclusion The method of combined Western Medicine and Chinese Medicine such as radix et rhizoma rhei is effective to ARF patients
