微小切口阑尾切除术

The miniature incision for appendectomy

目的 探讨阑尾切除术的微创手术方式。方法 随机对150例各型阑尾炎以右下腹1.5～2.5cm斜或横皮纹微小切口行阑尾切除术。 结果 以微小切口完成手术126例 ,成功率84%。126例中切口感染仅1例 ,占0.79% ,无其他重要并发症。全组均治愈 ,以微小切口手术者平均住院2天。结论 本术式具有切口小 ,损伤轻 ,手术疤痕小且美观 ,术后恢复快 ,住院时间短等优点。对已有阑尾手术基础的普外医师来说 ,是一个值得选择的手术术式。

Objective To explore theprocedure of miniature incision for appendectomy. Methods 150 patients underwent appendectomy with miniature incision (1.5～2.5cm in length).Result With miniature incision,126 cases had been successfully finished (84%).The infection of the incision occurred in only 1 case( 0.79%).There is no other important complications. The average stay in the hospital is 2 days. Conclusion This procedure featured with miniature incision,miniature trauma, miniature scar,quick recovery and hospitalization short etc. For general surgeons who can do the operation of appendectomy,it is worth applying.
