摘要
在构造运动许可速度场的基础上,采用能量法求解了三辊联合穿轧管过程中的轧制力,轧制力矩及顶头轴向力,分析了工艺参数对力能参数的影响。
The rolling force, rolling torgue and axial plug force in combined three-roll tube piercing and rolling are derived by employing energy method based on establishing the permittable movement speed field, and the influences of process parameters on performance parameters are analysed.
