摘要
本文讨论了宝钢4000m^3级高炉设计中采用的长寿技术。介绍了宝钢新建高炉上采用全冷却壁的长寿设计方案,以及纯水循环冷却系统的构成。纯水冷却系统的特点是运行经济、安全性高、具有完善的检漏装置,以及可根据热负荷分布来调节水量,以达到长寿的目的,此外,本文还叙述了炉体砌筑方案,采用薄炉底和薄炉缸的砌筑结构以及炉体维护检修和监测仪表。
Technology for getting long campaign used in the design of a 4000m^3 blast furnace at Baoshan Iron & Steel Complex. The design plan for getting the long campaign life of the new blast furnace consists of adopting a entire cooling staves and a pure water circulating cooling system. Merits of the present cooling system are the economical running cost, the better security, and more perfect leak-checking installation. The water flow is adjusted according to the distribution of heat loads to obtain long campaign life. In addition, this paper also describes the bricking plan of furnace body, particularly, the bricking structure for using thin furnace bottom and thin furnace hearth, the maintenance and instrumentation of furnace body.
