DETERMINATION ANALYSIS OF ROLLING WORKSHOP CAPACITY

通过对某轧钢车间历史资料的统计与分析,找出影响生产的各项因素及其影响生产的时间,为该车间的技术改造提供了依据。所采用的计算方法和分析原理,也可应用于研究同类型的轧钢车间,用于轧制不同钢种、不同规格钢材的轧机生产能力的分析与计算。

By means of statistic analysis on the historical production data of a rolling workshop, the factors which influence production capacity have been quantitatively estimated to provide a basis for technical reformation of this workshop. The method and theory of analysis can be applied to analogous rolling workshops with different grads and different specifications of rolling products.
