摘要
本钢国产1700mm热轧带钢轧机的改造项目包括精轧机组的改造和安装3号卷取机及一台打捆机。国内外专家参加的生产实验表明,改造后轧机产品质量大幅度提高,停轧时间也大幅度地缩短。该轧机改造后1989年产量达164万吨,已超过了设计能力。
This paper outlines the modernization of the first chinese-built 1700 mm hot strip mill at Benxi Iron & Steel Co. The project includes refurnishment of finishing train, installation of No.3 coiler and a binding machine. The production experience after the modernization monitered by domestic and foreign experts shows that the product quantity is highly improved and the mill downtime is cut down greatly. The mill has achieved the production rate of 1.64 Mt per year in 1989 which exceeds the designed one.
