摘要
在熔融还原条件下进行了固体碳及碳饱和铁水还原熔渣及熔融预还原矿中P_2O_5的实验,结果表明,渣中仍有相当含量的残余P_2O_5未被还原,还原产物元素P部分逸出熔池,部分被熔铁吸收。与高炉炼铁相比,熔融还原有利于获得较低磷含量的生铁。
Experiments on the phosphate reduction in molten slag or pre-reduced iron ore by solid carbon and liquid iron saturated with carbon respectively were carried out in the conditions of smelting reduction. The results showed there was considerable un-reduced. P_2O_5 in slag. The reduction product P escaped partly from bath, and was partly absorbed by liquid iron. The pig iron with low content of the phosphorous can be obtained by the smelting reduction in comparison with the blast furnace.
