温度制度对HP325热连轧钢板力学性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 按本钢连轧厂的条件研究出生产HP325热轧钢板的最佳温度制度:加热1180±20℃;开轧1150±20℃;进精轧机组1000±10℃;终轧850±10℃;轧后冷却终了650±10℃;卷取≥600℃。生产出的钢板性能比化学成分相近的日本JIS G3116 SG33高压气体容器用钢板的合格力学性能指标下限值高,σ_s高32.7%,%高16.02%,σ_5高37.7%,且具有较高的室温与低温冲击韧性。 According to conditions of Benxi I. & S. Hot Rolling Strip Plant the authors has made more systematical research on the effect of the temperature schedules on the mechanical properties of HP325 hot tandem rolled steel strip, and obtained optimum temperature schedules as follows: the reheating temperature 1180±10℃, rolling temperature 11504±20℃, finishing mill entry tempefuture-1000±10℃, finishing mill exity temperature 850±10℃, temperature aiter ccoling 650±10℃, coiling temperature≥600℃. The properties of HP325 hot rolled steel strip, which is produced, according to the above optimum temperature schedules, are better than the lower limit of the JIS G3116 SG33 steel strip which has similar chemical compositions and is used for the high pressure gas vessels in Japan, As a result, σ_s, σ_b and δ_s are increased by 32.7%, 16.02% and 37.7% respectively. Also higher impact toughness at ambient or lower temperature is obtained.
