摘要
本文介绍了ZG4Cr27Ni5Si钢的室温力学性能、高温力学性能和高温抗氧化性能,并对其主要力学性能与温度的关系进行了回归分析。结果表明:σ_b=4.06e^(0.006354·(1595-T)),σ_0.2=2.326e^(0.006958·(1595-T)),σ_κ=0.0299e^(0.005792T)+30.84,σ=0.2726T-266.24。铸态1100℃下氧化增重速度与氧化时间的关系为ν=7.2995t^-(0.6618)。对铸态组织进行了电子衍射分析和光学显微镜观察,确定为y+α+M_(23)C_6,且铬的合金碳化物分布在α相中。为工程机械中合理选用此钢提供了基本依据。
Mechanical properties of heat resistant casting steel ZG4Cr27Ni5Si at room and elevated temperatures and its high temperature oxidation resistant properties have been introduced in this paper. Statistical analysis has been made for relations between main properties and temperatures. Results indicate that tensile strength is 4.06e^(0.006354(1595-T)), yield strength is 2.326e^(0.006958(595-T)), impact toughness is 0.0299e^(0.005192T)+30.84 and elongation is 0.2726T-266.24. The relation between oxidation speed and oxidation time is 7.2995t-^(0.5618).Microstructure of this steel are tested and analysed. The structure of the casting steel is austenite plus ferrite and alloying carbide (M_(23)C_6) is distributed in ferrite. This paper offers a basis for proper use of this steel in mechanical engineering.
