摘要
采用文献资料法,分析了国内外对目标定向理论在体育运动领域中研究的现状,目标定向的模式影响学生的学习动机与学生的动机模式、学习策略和愉快感等存在着一定的相关性。建议教师在体育教学中,应转变教育观念,注重对学生智力因素的培养,不断提高自身的教学能力,帮助学生树立能力增长观,培养学生的多元目标定向,创设和保持以任务定向动机为主的学习动机气氛。
According to my analysis of the related bibliography,I focuse my discussion on the status quo of goal orientation theory in the world of PE The mode of goal orientation, with its influence on the students learning motives, has certain connection with their motivational mode,leaning strategy and delightness in learning.It is suggested that in their teaching PE teachers should attach importance to the self-improvement of their reaching ability and the development of the students' non - intelligence elements, thus to help the students adopt a sense of self- improvenent,cultivate a plural goal orientation,shape and maintain a motivational air mainly dominated by task orientation motivation.
