纵观现代排球运动的现状和发展趋势,各队实力相当、水平相近,竞争愈演愈烈,比赛胶着性强,胜负仅在毫厘之间。因此,只依靠体能、技能是难以取胜的。只有将有形的科技训练与无形的人文修炼有机融合,才能使运动员的物力、心力、外力协调统一,提高运动水平,实现育人夺标双赢,从而推动排球运动的健康发展。

View on the present and developing trent of volleyball,each team has similiar abilities.Competition is heated.It's hard to tell which team will win. Therefore, it' s hard to win the game only by physical power and skills. Only by combining scientific training and humanities, establishing new system of volleyball sport,untity of all aspacts can be made to improve sports levels and realize cultivation and medals and to push forward heathy development of volleyball.
