摘要
散打比赛中,双方运动员互相斗智、较技,具有强烈的对抗性。通过采用递减休息间歇训练方法,利用沙袋练习手段,对运动员进行实验。采用递减休息间歇的实验组,表现出高乳酸状态下的练习组数多、练习时间长、练习的总负荷大。说明这种递减休息间歇的训练方法能够有效地改善散打运动员糖酵解系统的供能能力,提高运动员耐酸、抗酸以及抗疲劳能力,达到提高散打运动员专项无氧耐力的训练目的,为散打训练的科学化提供帮助。
In sanda competition,both sportsmen use their wisedom,skill to win.The paper states the experiment carried on the sportsmen by the methods of having reducing rest time gradually and by means of sandbag proctice. By using the two methods above, we can see that the practice can last longer time, have big load and have more group practice under the condition of high lactic acid. It proves that the two methods can improve the ability of sanda sportsmen in resisting acid and tireness.Therefore, they supply scientific help for sanda training.
