酒钢红铁精矿制粒特性及烧结过程各带的阻力损失

GRANULATION CHARACTERISTICS OF JIUQUAN HEMATITE CONCENTRATES AND PRESSURE DROP IN DIFFERENT ZONES ON SINTER BED DURING SINTERING

酒钢红铁精矿由于其性质特殊,烧结生产率较低。本文分析研究了其制粒特性及在烧结过程中各带的阻力损失,查明了烧结生产率低的原因,并提出强化烧结的措施。

Since Jiuquan iron ore concentrate has particularly chemical, mineralogical and sintering characters, the productivity of sinter made of, that concentrate is quite low. This article focus the studies on Jiuquan concentrate granulation characteristics and pressure drop in different zones on sinter bed during sintering in comparison with qianan magnetite concentrate. From the test results the main causes of the low productivity are found and the measures intensifying the sintering process are suggested.
