梅山高炉6年来的护炉实践说明,在设计、施工质量已定型,采用常规耐火材质内衬的现役高炉,只要采取内抑外防相互配套的护炉技术措施,全面综合治理,可望达到一代炉役8年不中修,单位炉容产量达5000t以上。
Based on lining protection practice in recent 6 years, the aims, 8 years service life and more than 5000 t hot metal per cubic meter of effective volume without, interim repair, will be realized on current BFs with conventional refractory lining, if the correct measures including internal restraint, external protection and comprehensive management are adopted.
