摘要
针对本钢1700热连轧机废辊如何再生进行了可行性研究。通过废轧辊的改制、堆焊等手段,达到了废辊再生的目的,同时也满足了轧钢生产工艺的要求,补充了生产用辊,创造了较大的经济效益。
This article gives a feasibility study regarding regereration of waste rolls of 1700 mm hot strip mill at Benxi Iron and Steel Co.. The regeneraticn can te realized by medifioation or pile-up welding, and technological requirements on the regenerated rolls also can be met. This offers good compensation of rolls and remarkable economic result.
