显微径迹照相技术在渗碳硼钢研究中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 本文采用显微径迹照相技术研究了20CrMnB钢中硼分布与硼相M_(23)(CB)_6的溶解和析出行为;用本实验所提出的标样法测定了钢中的固溶硼含量,用比较法研究了用显微径迹照相技术与化学腐蚀法显示奥氏体晶粒的完全性。结果表明:(1)含0.0017%B的20CrMnB钢中硼相M_(23)(CB)_6完全固溶温度约为950℃,M_(23)(CB)_6从固溶态开始析出温度约为800℃;(2)用本实验所提出的标样法测定钢中周溶硼含量易行、可靠;(3)用显微径迹照相法和化学腐蚀法显示奥氏体晶粒都是完全的。 The distribution of boron in 20CrMnB steel and the dissolution and precipitation of boron constituent were studied by fission track etching method (FTEM). The content of boron in solid solutions was determined by the FTEM and by the method of comparison with standard specimen. The contours of austenite grain boundaries revealed by the FTEM and by means of chemical etching were compared.The results indicate: (1) M_(23) (CB)_6 in 20CrMnB steel completely dissolve in austenite during heating at about 950℃; and begin to precipitate out from solid solution at about 800℃; (2) the quantitative determination of content of boron in solid solution by the method of comparison with standard specimen is accurate enough; (3) the contour of austenite grains revealed by means of chemical etching is as distinct and complete as by the FTEM.
